About us

What Taylor Williams stands for

It’s a partnership

Whatever type of plan you’re in with us, we see our relationship with you as a partnership. Once things are up and running, we’ll check in with you from time to time to see how you’re getting on. And if you ever need any guidance on your plan, or if your circumstances change, it’s easy for you to contact us and we’ll do what we can to help.

Belief in independent financial advice

We only accept new home reversion plan applications from professionally qualified independent financial advisers. Accessing the money built up in the value of your home is an important decision. They will understand your needs, act in your best interests, and will help you make an appropriate decision for your own circumstances.

Doing the right thing by our planholders

If you’re taking out a new home reversion plan, at every stage of the process we’ll make sure you and your financial adviser are clear on what’s happening, when and why. You’ll always know where you stand with us.

Service commitment

We’ll always respond to any communication as quickly as we can. Whether it’s a simple request for information, or something more complex, we believe in delivering a great service for our clients.

We’re in it for the long-term

We see our involvement in the equity release industry, and our investment in home reversions and life tenancies, as partnerships that will last for many years. We care about our planholders and we will always do our best to support you should your circumstances change.

The Taylor Williams story

Taylor Williams is a family firm with decades of experience in residential property. From estate agency to development, building and investment, through to becoming a provider of home reversion plans nearly 25 years ago, we understand the importance and value of people’s homes to them.

Why do we provide home reversion plans?

We’ve invested in home reversion plans and life tenancies for nearly 25 years. We understand our market and believe homeowners should be able to use the money tied up in the value of their homes without having to downsize. We also understand people may not want to get into debt in later life. It’s a privilege to build relationships with our planholders and make a positive difference to their lives.

Taylor Williams is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under registration number 475337. The FCA works to protect consumers from financial harm. You can find us in the official register of regulated firms here.
