You can move house and transfer your home reversion plan to a different property, providing the new property meets our criteria at the time. We would need to discuss this with you to make sure your next home is suitable for the plan. Of course, you’d need to pay certain costs involved in moving, such as sale fees, legal fees and stamp duty if it applies.
